D Day. An amazing feat to coordingate 5,000 ships and 150K+ men, along with the deceptions preceding.

Good tribute to the effort for freedom!

I was looking at the LST 325, amazing how many were built, I crossed the Atlantic once on LST 1167 The West Chester county. They were named for counties. Man that flat bottom could make it shake rattle and roll. hahaha.
