An entrance to le Louvre from rue de Rivoli. Unless you have seen it, you have no idea how vast le Louvre is! We forget today that before it became one of the world's premier art museums, this building housed the entire French government. You could visit le Louvre daily for a week and still not see all there is to see. It is quite an experience!
