This is an exquisite shot! I love the silhouette of the bridge in the background with the beautiful setting sun and colorful sky, and the black "greenery" framing the foreground. Well done!
Now I know why you chose a penthouse so you can look at the water front and look at the ships come in.
When I was little, my Dad drove us in our little Fiat to the waterfront, so we can see the stevedore unload the cargo from ocean going liners. My town is 90 miles from the sea but is deep enough for ocean going ships.

What a lovely view you have from your balcony!! Surrounded by trees in the country as I am, I can't imagine seeing that every day.
