I read all the posts I missed while on my little trip to San Antonio, Texas. Looking at your blog and Peter’s Paris always make me nostalgic as Paris and San Francisco are my two favorite cities. In lived in both and unfortunately could not stay in either. I have been back to Paris often since I left it (at least twice a year for 20 years) but never to San Francisco. Maybe this year I’ll go back and see the glorious Golden Gate again. All your photographs are so exquisite – I could look at them for hours.

You have such a dramatic bridge so close to your home! There is a tiny bridge over a tiny creek a block from my home. It makes boring shots. I've tried.
