this image, «Louis» showed you Mount Diablo, viewed from Mount Tamalpais. Here, you see Mount Tamalpais viewed from the summit of Mount Diablo. The view of Mount Tamalpais is not as clear as the view of Mount Diablo because the weather was nicer the day «Louis»
et Mme la Vache were on Mount Tamalpais. They had intermittent rain the day they were on Mount Diablo.

That is quite a view. Must have been easier getting up Mt. Tamalpais than it was Mt. Diablo. I heard that reaching the top of Mt. Diablo is a devil of a job!
Very nice view! Sorry we won't be able to meet up on this trip. We only have a few days in SF. :(

Did you know that the distance encompassed in the view of the Central Valley from Mt. Diablo is rivaled only by that of Mt. Kilimanjaro? On a clear day, of course. Or so I've been told. Cool notion, n'est-ce pas?
Looking at this picture and the previous one (on a clearer day) it's easy to understand why locals love their bay...
