«Louis la Vache's» Café-Saint-Honoré had a Bastille Day celebration featuring live French music, dancing and a marvelous Gâteau-Saint-Honoré made for the café by local Pâtissier Brian. The café was packed and a everyone had a fine time. Many thanks to Jerry for assembling the musicians, getting the music and bringing this fête to fruition!

Ici à Paris is the model for the flame for the torch of the Statue of Liberty. It is located on Avenue New York at Pont d'Alma. Just as we Américains should not take our liberty for granted, we should not forget the Statue of Liberty is a gift from France.

«Louis» took this photo when he lived in Paris. It was raining that night, and the raindrops refracted the light in the shot.
