Where is our Blogger?

We are all aware of the situation and struggles of the Iranian people. Their fledgling faltering steps towards change and voices struggling to be heard. One of those voices, known to many of us has been silent. The City Daily Photo community (a group of photo daily city Bloggers,) join today together to be a voice for the one Blogger missing and the many people throughout Iran who have had their voice silenced. I cannot imagine us not having the freedom to pursue our work without fear of going "missing." Can you imagine this happening to you, your family, your friends, your neighbors, your colleagues? It CAN happen to all of us. We must speak up against the repressive mullahs of Iran and against all of radical Islam. This is why we ask today "Where is our Blogger."

UPDATE! Amir was released today!
It is very possible that the pressure brought by the international community of bloggers on the Iranian government helped secure Amir's release!

Louis, a wonderful post. Thank you. I am so happy that Amir has been released today, but as you say, there is much to be concerned about, and we are wishing the people of Iran freedom and security within and freedom from power mongers of any kind.

Good that so many of us are watching the situation.
I was so relieved to read (at http://portlanddailyphotos.blogspot.com/ ) that Amir was released a few hours ago.
Shalom to you, Louis la Vache.

I'm glad for your support. I'd like to make you aware of this video. Jump to 00:27:10 if you don't like to watch the whole video. I think this is what most western countries deny but it is all connected.

I am glad I live where I live as I can not imagine this kind of treatment. Nice post.
